Gold Star Garden is pleased to be named the Charity of the Year at the Pennsylvania Garden Show of York. Recognized for gardening excellence and an important contribution to the health and beauty of the community, promoter Richard Jacobus is allowing Gold Star Garden to raise funds to maintain the garden. It is young and growing into quite a beauty.
Gold Star Garden will hold a plant sale with the help of volunteers, True Value Plus in Shrewsbury & Loganville and Stebbins and Company.
In addition GSG will hold a popular Gem Garden Dig, where for a donation, one may dig in a garden trough for buried loose gemstones. Gems courtesy of Gem Boutique of York.
